Role Description The Real Estate Agent role at Y THE BROKERS is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The agent will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on market conditions and property values. Tasks include preparing and reviewing contracts, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and guiding clients through each step of the buying and selling process. The role also involves maintaining accurate listings, updating client records, negotiating offers, and ensuring all activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. The agent is expected to build strong client relationships, represent the brokerage professionally, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Estate principles and practices.
  • Candidates should possess strong Sales abilities and proven skills in Customer Service to manage client relationships and close transactions.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property laws, local market trends, and regulatory requirements relevant to Cairo, Egypt.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently.
  • Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in common office software and digital tools used for listings, client management, and reporting.
  • Previous experience in residential or commercial real estate is preferred; familiarity with Cairo's real estate market is an advantage.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
