Role Description The Real Estate Agent role at Y THE BROKERS is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The agent will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on market conditions and property values. Tasks include preparing and reviewing contracts, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and guiding clients through each step of the buying and selling process. The role also involves maintaining accurate listings, updating client records, negotiating offers, and ensuring all activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. The agent is expected to build strong client relationships, represent the brokerage professionally, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
