This role is for an agent who:

Already understands Dubai real estate

Wants to build something meaningful, not just chase splits

Values quality clients over noise

What You'll Actually Do (No Fluff)

Handle your own portfolio of clients and leads across residential & off-plan

Conduct viewings, consultations, negotiations, and closings

Advise clients from first inquiry to final transfer

Build long-term relationships with clients, developers, and investors

Use CRM properly (we care about follow-up, not chaos)

Stay on top of market trends, pricing, and RERA updates

Work closely with management your voice matters here

Who You Are

2+ years of Dubai real estate experience

A proven closer (sales or leasing)

Strong communicator with real client empathy

Self-driven, disciplined, and accountable

Solid knowledge of Dubai communities & off-plan projects

Fluent English (other languages are a strong plus)

UAE driving license preferred

MUST have RERA card
