What You'll Be Doing
- Sourcing and engaging buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Conducting property viewings and advising clients on homes, communities, and market conditions.
- Negotiating sales and rental transactions to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Building long-term client relationships through clear, consistent communication.
- Staying up to date with Dubai market trends, pricing, and new developments.
- Growing your personal brand and professional network within the real estate community.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a professional, confident approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a commission-only structure.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving licence.
- Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
