Role Description The Real Estate Agent at EgyProperty is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. The role involves guiding clients through buying, selling, and renting properties while providing accurate market information and property recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, managing listings, negotiating offers, and preparing necessary documentation. The Real Estate Agent will maintain strong relationships with clients, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. The role also requires staying informed about local real estate trends and regulations to support clients effectively.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Property regulations and practices.
• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate market knowledge and experience working with residential and/or commercial properties.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including negotiation, lead follow-up, and closing deals.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and build trust.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in basic digital tools and property listing platforms; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• A background in business, marketing, or a related field, and prior real estate experience in New Cairo or greater Cairo areas, is beneficial.
