Role Description The Real Estate Agent role at EgyProperty is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will guide clients through buying, selling, and renting properties, including conducting property viewings, presenting listings, and providing market insights. Daily responsibilities include managing client inquiries, maintaining relationships, negotiating offers, and preparing necessary documentation. The role also involves updating property listings, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring all transactions comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate regulations and practices.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including negotiation, closing techniques, and target-driven performance.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property concepts and local market trends in New Cairo.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple property listings and client interactions.
• Experience in real estate or related fields is preferred; familiarity with CRM systems and basic digital tools is beneficial.
• A relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
