Position Summary

We are looking for ambitious, high-energy Fresh Real Estate Agents to join our expanding team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for fresh graduates or professionals looking to transition into property sales. You will work directly under seasoned team leaders who will train you in client consultation, contract negotiation, and property presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Contact leads to understand their property requirements, budget constraints, and investment goals.
• Property Matching: Present suitable residential or commercial options from top real estate developers across Egypt.
• Client Meetings & Site Visits: Escort clients on property tours, explaining project USPs, developer track records, payment plans, and handover dates.
• Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, developer announcements, launch prices, and new inventory.
• Pipeline & Relationship Management: Maintain a strong client pipeline, update CRM records daily, and cultivate long-term client trust.
• Deal Closure: Guide clients through reservation, booking procedures, and contract signings alongside your Team Leader.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, Architecture, or Engineering preferred).
• Experience: Fresh graduate to 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Languages: Excellent command of spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, resilient, and professional in appearance.
• Mobility: Personal vehicle or a reliable means of transportation for site visits is a major plus.
