ERE Homes is a boutique real estate brokerage established in Dubai since 2010.

We work across both the secondary and off-plan markets and are currently going through an exciting period of growth, with a new 5,000 sq. ft. office and a rapidly expanding sales team.

We're looking for ambitious Real Estate Agents / Property Consultants who want to build a strong career in Dubai and, more importantly, are prepared to put the work in to make it happen.

The Role

This is a commission-only sales position suited to experienced Dubai property consultants, as well as strong salespeople looking to move into real estate.

You'll be responsible for building your own client relationships and pipeline, while also benefiting from opportunities generated through our in-house marketing and telesales teams.

This is not a completely cold desk. You'll have access to warm and qualified leads, alongside the tools and support needed to develop your own business.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new property business
• Manage and convert qualified leads
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct property viewings and meetings
• Advise clients on the Dubai property market
• Negotiate and close sales and leasing transactions
• Build and manage your own pipeline and database
• Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients
• Develop your personal brand and professional network
• Work towards individual billing and performance targets

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 months sales experience
• Previous Dubai real estate experience is preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially driven and motivated by earning potential
• Resilient, consistent and comfortable with rejection
• Confident working in a commission-only environment
• Professional presentation and strong English communication
• Self-motivated with the discipline to manage your own pipeline
• Dubai-based or willing to relocate to Dubai
