Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for sourcing and presenting luxury properties, collaborating with clients to address their real estate needs, and ensuring seamless property transactions. Daily tasks include client consultations, property showings, negotiation of contracts, and maintaining knowledge of the real estate market trends.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of Real Estate practices
- Experience in Sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Strong Customer Service skills for client communication and relationship management
- Familiarity with Real Property regulations and legal procedures
- Excellent negotiation, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
