We are currently seeking a Real Estate Lead Qualification Specialist to ensure the effectiveness and quality of the leads we generate for our clients.

Job Description:

As a Real Estate Lead Qualification Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to evaluate and qualify leads generated by our media buying activities. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the leads we provide to our real estate broker clients are of high potential and not a waste of their time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and engage with leads generated from our media buying campaigns to assess their interest and potential in real estate investments or purchases.

  • Conduct initial screening and qualification of leads to determine their seriousness, financial readiness, and specific real estate needs or preferences.

  • Record and maintain detailed notes on interactions with leads, including their qualification status and any relevant information for our clients.

  • Collaborate closely with our media buying team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

  • Work in tandem with our real estate broker clients to understand their specific needs and preferences for leads, ensuring a tailored approach in the qualification process.

  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track lead interactions and outcomes efficiently.

  • Stay informed about the Dubai real estate market trends and dynamics to enhance conversation quality with leads.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate, telemarketing, sales, or a related field, with a focus on lead qualification or customer interaction.
  • A strong understanding and experience with the Dubai real estate market.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage leads effectively over the phone.
  • A high level of spoken English is required, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to quickly assess and qualify leads based on set criteria.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM software.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
