Role Description The Real Estate Agent role at HOUSEOLOGY REAL ESTATE is a full-time, on-site position based in Heliopolis. The Real Estate Agent will support clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties, including conducting property viewings, advising on market conditions, and preparing documentation. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, maintaining listings, coordinating with property owners and potential buyers, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. The role also involves ongoing client communication, negotiation of offers, and collaboration with internal teams to meet sales targets and uphold service standards.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License and up-to-date knowledge of local real estate regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions within residential markets.
- Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and relationship building.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in spoken and written forms.
- Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis and manage a flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends when needed.
