Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist based in New Cairo. The Customer Service Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide efficient support and solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer interactions via phone or other channels, resolving concerns effectively, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and communication.

- English Fluency
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and deliver excellent assistance.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience abilities to enhance client relationships and address feedback constructively.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and communication skills to manage interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
- Problem-solving abilities and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools; prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Open to graduates and dropouts
