This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent (PA-PC-Senior-Team Leader-Sales Manager) based in New Cairo. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, providing excellent customer support, maintaining in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, and building strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include preparing and executing sales strategies, managing transactions, and ensuring compliance with legal and market standards.

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate principles
• Experience in Real Property transactions and Sales operations
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Proficiency in managing multiple clients and negotiating deals
• Familiarity with the New Cairo real estate market is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
