Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, located in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property market research, providing exceptional customer service, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and keeping detailed records of all real estate transactions. The role involves liaising with clients to understand their property needs for successful fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Real Estate License
- Proficient knowledge of Real Estate markets and familiarity with Real Property practices
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
- Experience in the New Cairo real estate market is an advantage
- Proficient in using real estate management software and tools
