About the Role
Preeminent Properties is expanding its sales team and is looking for motivated, ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our growing brokerage. This opportunity is open to both experienced real estate professionals and high-performing individuals from strong sales-driven backgrounds such as private equity, insurance sales, banking, or business development.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage property listings for sale and lease
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities
Conduct property viewings and negotiate transactions
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Develop your own client pipeline through networking and lead generation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
Stay informed about market trends, regulations, and company listings
Requirements
Previous real estate experience in Dubai is an advantage, but not mandatory
Strong background in sales, private equity, insurance, banking, or similar fields is highly valued
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Results-driven mindset with strong work ethic
Professional presentation and client-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong plus
