We are looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of real estate experience in the UAE, a strong understanding of the Dubai property market, and a passion for sales and client relationships.

This is a full-time, commission-only opportunity designed for agents who are driven by performance and want to build a successful career in Dubai real estate.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident and professional personality
• Strong client-handling and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Valid UAE residency/visa is preferred
• Driving license and own car is an advantage

Compensation
