ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent - Spanish Speaker located in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining client relationships. Responsibilities include sourcing and promoting property listings, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and staying updated on market trends to provide clients with expert advice and insights.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in off-plan properties
• At least with 6 to 1 year of Experience in Real Estate in Dubai
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to generate leads and manage client relationships effectively
• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market
• Self-motivated and results-driven attitude
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
