Role OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with proven UAE brokerage experience to lead and scale a high-performing sales team.
This role is strictly for candidates with hands-on experience in both off-plan and secondary markets, a strong leadership background, and a target-only, performance-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of property consultants
• Set, monitor, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Drive off-plan and secondary market transactions from lead to closure
• Coach, train, and performance-manage sales agents
• Track KPIs, pipeline performance, and team productivity
• Coordinate with marketing, developers, and leadership on launches and campaigns
• Ensure compliance with DLD, RERA, and company policies
Requirements (Mandatory)• Minimum 5 years of UAE real estate sales experience in a brokerage only
• Strong experience in both off-plan and secondary market transactions
• Proven track record managing a sales team with targets
• UAE market experience only (home-country experience will not be considered)
• Currently based in the UAE
• Available to join immediately
• Strong negotiation, closing, and leadership skills
Additional Criteria• Excellent communication skills in English
• Arabic or any additional language is a plus
