Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant located in New Cairo. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and identifying property solutions to match their requirements. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, handling inquiries, negotiating deals, and staying updated on the real estate market trends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Consulting and Real Estate practices, with a strong understanding of property markets.
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
• Experience in Sales, with the ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of the New Cairo property landscape is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
