Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, or renting properties, providing market insights, and negotiating deals. Daily tasks will include building client relationships, maintaining in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, conducting property showings, and closing transactions.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Real Estate License
• Proficient knowledge of real estate practices and real property regulations
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in relevant digital tools and CRM platforms
