This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for offering personalized assistance to clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties. Daily responsibilities include conducting property showings, analyzing market trends, negotiating terms, building strong client relationships, and preparing legal agreements. The role involves providing high-quality customer service and supporting clients throughout their real estate journey.

• Proficiency in property sales, leasing, and negotiation strategies
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication and relationship-building
• In-depth knowledge of market analysis and basic financial principles related to real estate
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients and transactions effectively
• Familiarity with Dubai's real estate regulations and local market
• Experience with real estate software and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
