Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, located in Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property market analyses, organizing property viewings, and negotiating sales agreements. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, networking, and staying updated on market trends and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of property market trends, pricing, and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in sales strategies and customer relationship management
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and deliver insights
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaborate with a team
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
• Valid real estate license is required
• Prior experience in real estate or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a relevant discipline is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software
