This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Real Estate Agent. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing advice and support throughout their journey. The role involves conducting market research, preparing listings, arranging property viewings, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The Real Estate Agent will also collaborate with internal teams and follow market trends to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

• Knowledge in property sales, market trends, and negotiation strategies
• Communication, client relationship management, and interpersonal skills
• Time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in real estate software and technologies is an advantage
• Proven sales experience in real estate or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency is a plus
• Valid real estate license or relevant certifications
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
