Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will support clients through the full property lifecycle, including identifying opportunities, conducting property tours, and managing negotiations. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new leads, maintaining client relationships, preparing and presenting property listings, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions. The Real Estate Agent will monitor market trends, advise clients on pricing and investment decisions, and ensure all documentation complies with local regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and up-to-date knowledge of relevant real estate regulations.
• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property skills, including market analysis and property evaluation.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, with a track record in negotiation, closing deals, and meeting performance targets.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with the New Cairo real estate market, proficiency in basic office and CRM software, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A background in business, marketing, or a related field, and prior experience in residential or commercial real estate, are preferred.
