Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and closing transactions for premium residential and commercial properties. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities, preparing and reviewing contracts, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transactions. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, staying current with local market trends and regulations, and providing responsive customer service to build enduring client relationships.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate practices.
• Candidates should possess strong Sales skills and experience working with Real Property transactions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to manage client relationships professionally.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools; familiarity with real estate listing platforms is an advantage.
• Prior experience in premium or luxury real estate markets is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
