Role Description The Real Estate Agent role at EgyProperty is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. In this role, the agent will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, including conducting property viewings and coordinating negotiations. Daily tasks include maintaining property listings, following up with leads, preparing and reviewing contracts, and guiding clients through the transaction process. The agent will also stay informed about local market trends, build and maintain a client network, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

• Relevant real estate credentials, including a valid Real Estate License and solid understanding of Real Property regulations and practices.
• Experience in Real Estate transactions, including property listing, valuation, and negotiation.
• Strong Sales abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage client expectations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
• Basic proficiency in using real estate CRM systems and online listing platforms.
• Previous experience in the New Cairo real estate market is an advantage; a relevant diploma or degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
