Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, conducting property tours, marketing properties, negotiating deals, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the UAE real estate market.

Qualifications:

• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or relevant role.
• Proof of deals closed.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• RERA certification or recent passing score in RERA exam is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software (PropertyFinder, Bayut & Dubizzle)
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for real estate.
• Fluency in English is required
• Multilingual (optional)
