Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Agent will engage in the listing, marketing, selling, and leasing of residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include meeting and networking with clients, providing expert guidance during transactions, negotiating contracts, and staying informed about local real estate market trends to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Strong skills and experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Proven expertise in Sales and Customer Service within the real estate domain
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in an on-site capacity and collaborate with a team
• Solid understanding of local market trends in Cairo, Egypt
• Experience in using real estate software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
