As a Real Estate Associate, you will:
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential retail shops for darkstore in targeted areas.
- Gather information on available retail spaces, lease terms, rental rates, and market conditions.
- Evaluate potential retail shops based on predefined criteria, such as location, size, layout, accessibility, and proximity to target customer segments.
- Utilize online platforms, databases, and industry resources to search for available retail spaces and track market trends.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conduct site visits, take measurements, and document key details about each location.
- Support in negotiating lease agreements and liaise with landlords and property owners as needed.
- Assist in coordinating with internal stakeholders, and contractors to evaluate and optimize the layout and design of darkstore spaces.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas where our darkstores can gain a competitive advantage.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, including recommendations for potential darkstore locations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to darkstore operations and real estate.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate.
- Great people skills and ability to communicate constructive feedback.
- Problem-solving capabilities to create strategies to improve support quality.
- Excellent English & Arabic vocabulary & writing skills.
- Ability to work with little supervision, take responsibility, and get the task done.
- Have good knowledge of MS office and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license and car.
