Role Description

This is a full time job role for a Real Estate Broker. The Real Estate Broker will assist clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, negotiating contracts, conducting property tours, and building strong client relationships. The role also involves maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market, staying up-to-date on available properties, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service.

Qualifications

• Strong skills and experience in Brokerage and Real Estate transactions
• Proficiency in Sales and strong negotiation abilities
• Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service to build relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Knowledge of Real Property laws, regulations, and market trends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment
• Real Estate Agent or Broker license (depending on regulatory requirements)
• Previous experience in Dubai's real estate market is a plus
