Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker role located in New Cairo. The Real Estate Broker will work closely with clients to facilitate property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing. Responsibilities include advising clients on real estate markets, negotiating property deals, preparing necessary documentation, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Brokerage and the Real Estate industry
• Strong Sales skills and a solid understanding of Real Property markets
• Exceptional Customer Service and client relationship management abilities
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the local property market in New Cairo and surrounding areas is highly advantageous
