Job Description
The Real Estate Broker oversees real estate transactions, manages agents, and ensures compliance with all local and state regulations. This role combines sales leadership, client relationship management, and business development to drive profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise real estate agents and associate brokers
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate agents performance
- Facilitate and approve property listings, contracts, and closings
- Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants in transactions
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, ethics, and brokerage policies
- Develop pricing strategies and marketing plans for properties
- Resolve client issues, disputes, or transaction complications
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and partners
- Analyse market trends and provide strategic insights to clients and agents
- Oversee brokerage operations, documentation, and record-keeping
