We are expanding and seeking experienced Off-Plan and Secondary Market Agents to join our boutique real estate brokerage - built for high-value transactions, discretion, and long-term client relationships. With over AED 200M closed in 2025, we are selectively onboarding agents who are confident managing HNWI clients, complex deals, and premium inventory across Dubai.

Who We're Looking For

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-6 months experience in Dubai real estate
• General understanding of the Dubai property market (off-plan & secondary)
• Proven deal closures are a strong advantage
• Strong sales background, ideally with High Net Worth Investors
• Confident communicator with a professional presence
• Willingness to be on camera for marketing and campaign shoots
• Self-driven, organized, and commercially minded
• Ability to operate with confidentiality, reliability, and efficiency

Role Responsibilities

• Manage buyer and investor portfolios
• Advise clients on off-plan and/or ready property opportunities
• Conduct viewings, negotiations, and closings
• Build long-term investor relationships
• Represent the brand with professionalism and discretion
