Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Broker, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Broker will manage property transactions by assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, maintaining relationships with clients, and staying updated on market trends. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the property transaction process.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate, including knowledge of property-related processes and market trends
• Proficiency in Sales with a strong ability to negotiate and close deals
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to build trust and foster lasting client relationships
• Understanding of Real Property principles and regulations in the UAE
• Proven track record in real estate sales or leasing
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
• Should be Multilingual, required to be fluent in either Arabic , French, English, Mandarin, German ,Spanish ,Russian
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Relevant real estate certification or license is required
• Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market is highly preferred
