Role Purpose:
We are seeking an Real Estate Broker Secondary to join our team. This role focuses on facilitating the resale of residential and commercial properties, providing expert guidance to clients looking to buy or sell existing real estate. The broker will help maximise value for clients by leveraging market knowledge and strong negotiation skills. This role contributes to the organisation's revenue growth by maintaining high client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships in the secondary property market.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end transactions involving resale properties, including valuations, listings, marketing, negotiation, and closing
Build and maintain long-term client relationships with buyers and sellers in the secondary market
Conduct property viewings, client consultations, and negotiation meetings
Source new resale listings through networking, referrals, and market research
Leverage company marketing campaigns, CRM tools, and market activations to promote resale properties
Participate in industry events and market activations to enhance visibility in the secondary market
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of listings, client interactions, and transactions using CRM systems
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Valid Real Estate Broker License (as per local regulations)
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate brokerage, preferably focused on resale/secondary market properties
Proven track record of successfully closing resale property transactions
Valid driving licence is mandatory
