Role Overview
We are looking for talented, motivated Real Estate Brokers with at least 1 year of proven experience in Dubai real estate and a strong ability to manage premium investor clients.
A key requirement for this role is:
Spanish speaker
because a significant portion of client flow comes from Spain and Spanish-speaking markets.
This position is ideal for brokers who want to work in a premium environment with strong international exposure and high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with active, warm leads from Spain and Spanish-speaking clients
- Source and convert new leads through networking and relationship-building
- Conduct property viewings, investment presentations, and negotiations
- Assist buyers and sellers throughout the full transaction cycle
- Prepare market research, area reports, and investment analysis
- Ensure compliance with all UAE real estate regulations
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Bitrix24)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Other job responsibilities in accordance with the job description
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Broker in Dubai (mandatory)
- Spanish (mandatory due to client flow from Spain)
- Strong negotiation, sales, and deal-closing abilities
- Deep understanding of the Dubai property market, communities, and regulations
- Experience working with international clients, preferably Spanish or European investors
- Professional, responsible, and client-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- RERA certification is a plus
