Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Real Estate Consultant. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on real estate transactions, identifying property opportunities, negotiating property deals, and providing valuable insights into the real estate market. Other responsibilities include conducting training sessions, staying up-to-date on market trends, and ensuring client satisfaction at every stage of the transaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property, with a strong understanding of market trends and property evaluation.
- Proven skills in Sales and the ability to foster client relationships.
- Strong Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients.
- Ability to provide Training to clients or team members related to real estate processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation and a results-driven approach to work.
- Familiarity with local property laws and regulations in Cairo is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred.
