Job Description:

As a Real Estate Sales Specialist with our firm, you will be at the forefront of the Dubai real estate market, utilizing your expertise to match clients with their ideal properties. Your role will involve networking, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and providing top-notch advice and service to both buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including current trends and opportunities.

- Generate leads through networking, marketing, and leveraging existing contacts within the industry.

- Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers and renters.

- Negotiate property sales and leases, ensuring the best possible terms for all parties involved.

- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

- Stay updated with real estate laws, regulations, and best practices in Dubai.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in real estate sales, specifically within the Dubai market.

- Strong networking skills with a broad contact base in real estate or related fields.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- A self-motivated individual with a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.

- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

- Valid Dubai real estate license or the ability to obtain one.
