This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Real Estate Consultant. The Real Estate Consultant will manage client relationships, guide clients in buying, selling, renting, and leasing properties, and provide expert advice on market trends and investment opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, negotiating terms, preparing contracts, and ensuring seamless transactions. The role also involves building and maintaining a network of clients and stakeholders while consistently meeting sales and performance targets.

• Proven expertise in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills for closing deals effectively
• Experience in conducting Training or mentoring sessions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in market analysis and the ability to develop strategies based on real estate trends
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
