Real Estate Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Real Estate Consultant. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for identifying and analyzing real estate opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, conducting property sales, and negotiating favorable deals. The individual will play a pivotal role in providing expert advice, assisting clients in making informed decisions, and achieving their property investment goals. Regular training and market analysis will also be part of the role to ensure up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.

• Strong knowledge of Real Estate, Real Property, and emerging market trends
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies relevant to the real estate industry
• Effective Negotiation skills to secure optimal outcomes for clients
• Experience in Training or a willingness to coach and mentor others in a real estate environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic on-site environment in Dubai
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline is highly desirable
• Prior experience in the UAE real estate market is a plus
