Real Estate Consultant

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Real Estate Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for identifying and generating real estate opportunities, working closely with clients to understand their needs, and providing tailored property solutions. Daily tasks include facilitating property sales or purchases, conducting market analysis, negotiating deals, and guiding clients through every step of the transaction process. The role entails building and maintaining strong client relationships, staying updated on market trends, and meeting sales targets.

• Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property industry practices and trends
• Proven expertise in Sales, including meeting targets and closing deals
• Advanced Negotiation skills to facilitate successful property transactions
• Training skills for educating clients on real estate processes and investment strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Client-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
• Previous experience in Dubai's real estate market is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
