Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Real Estate Consultant for an on-site role based in Dubai. In this role, you will assist clients with property sales, rentals, and investments, provide personalized real estate guidance, and build strong client relationships. Tasks include conducting property assessments, managing negotiations, collaborating with team members, and staying informed about market trends to provide expert advice to clients. Your work will directly contribute to the satisfaction of clients and the growth of Trifid Properties.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property markets, with knowledge of industry trends and regulations
• Strong skills in Sales and Negotiation, with a proven ability to close deals effectively
• Experience in providing Training to clients or team members and supporting their decision-making processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market is highly desirable
• UAE driving license
• Valid RERA license
• Minimum of 2 Years experience in this field
