Job Title: Real Estate Manager

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Real Estate Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and oversee daily operations within the real estate division. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth market knowledge, and a proven track record in property sales and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Monitor team performance and provide training and guidance
• Oversee property listings across platforms (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and company policies
• Conduct regular meetings to review performance and set goals
• Handle high-value client negotiations and closing deals

Requirements:

• Minimum 35 years of experience in real estate, preferably in the UAE
• Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• RERA certification is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
