Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Manager will oversee property management operations, negotiate and manage leases, ensure compliance with lease agreements, and coordinate leasing activities. Responsibilities also include evaluating commercial real estate opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring properties meet financial and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Property Management and Lease Administration
• Experience in managing Leases and related documentation
• Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate markets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate management are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
