Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, attract, and recruit qualified real estate professionals for our Dubai operations.
- Leverage your strong LinkedIn network and other sourcing tools to engage top talent.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate with internal teams for final hiring decisions.
- Ensure diversity in hiring and recruit from various nationalities and backgrounds.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
- Represent the company at networking events, career fairs, and industry meetups.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate recruitment within Dubai.
- Proven track record of successful hires in the Dubai real estate sector.
- Strong presence and professional network on LinkedIn.
- Ability to hire across multiple nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
