- 13+ years in property sales or a strong sales background
- Knowledge of local property market and regulations
- Clean professional record and strong references

- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Confident in pricing, offers, and contract discussions
Communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Professional presentation and client-facing confidence
- Ability to explain complex property details
Client Management
- Relationship-building and trust development
- Strong follow-up and after-sales service
- Ability to handle high-net-worth or demanding clients (if applicable)
Marketing & Prospecting (X-factor)
- Lead generation (cold calls, referrals, networking)
- Digital marketing literacy (property portals, social media, CRM)
