Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying client needs, assisting clients with property purchasing or sales, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the process. Daily responsibilities include handling client inquiries, promoting properties, conducting property tours, negotiating sales, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of market trends and opportunities. The agent will collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Real Estate Sales and general Real Estate practices
• Possession of or eligibility to obtain a valid Real Estate License
• Skills in Sales and Customer Service with the ability to build trusted relationships
• Effective negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a team-oriented environment
