We Are Hiring: Real Estate Agent | Dubai

We are seeking a passionate, driven, and results-oriented Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to work in one of the most competitive and rewarding real estate markets in the world.

Role Overview:

The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for generating new leads, managing property listings, guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting process, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and has a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns

Manage property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing presentation

Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients

Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors

Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legal requirements

Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to achieve company goals

Attend property exhibitions, open houses, and industry events to represent the company

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Property Consultant in Dubai/UAE

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate listing platforms

Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred)

RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
