Role Description
The Real Estate Sales Agent will be a full-time hybrid role of in-person and remote work, located in Dubai. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Negotiate prices and other sales terms
- Create and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Manage a portfolio of properties and clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Keep up-to-date with the real estate market trends and property laws
Qualifications
- Real Estate Sales and sales specialist
- Customer Service and Sales skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the real estate industry in Dubai or the UAE is preferred
Additional qualifications and skills that would be beneficial:
- Fluency in Arabic, Hindi, Russian,other languages spoken in Europe
- Experience in the luxury real estate market and sales
- Proficiency in using CRM software
