Qualifications:

12 years of Real Estate experience in Dubai (Required)

Strong negotiation and customer service skills

Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Able to work independently and in a team

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Fluent in Urdu, Tamil, Malayalam, or Hindi (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Show properties, negotiate offers, and close deals

Provide market analysis, pricing, and sales strategies

Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions

Participate in local and international real estate roadshows
