Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent located in Dubai. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property tours, and providing expert advice on the real estate market. The role involves generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and managing property listings. The agent will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, negotiate deals, and ensure a seamless transaction process from start to finish.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Real Estate Sales
  • 2 years Real Estate Experience
  • Strong knowledge in Off plan and Secondary market
  • Understanding of the real estate market and general knowledge of property transactions
  • Strong Customer Service skills and experience in Sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market and local laws is preferred
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player mindset
